The prosecution requested a stipulation to the December 5, 2023 joint 7ID-DepEd campaign data signed by Maj. Rogelio A. Dombrique Jr. and Lt. Col. Magtangol G. Panopio. The defense agreed, identified it as a common exhibit, and the court included it in the stipulation order.

The presiding officer asked both parties to confirm the August 8 credit notice and its coverage of the ₱75 million DepEd liquidation, including the ₱15.54 million discussed with Boransing. Both sides confirmed that it was common evidence, and the chair stated that COA had not changed that action as of the sitting.
