Cylene May L. Del Campo
Commission on Audit state auditor; prosecution witness
For the OVP, Del Campo testified that an earlier notice of disallowance totaled ₱73.287 million and that a later notice dated March 31, 2026 totaled ₱375 million for the first three quarters of 2023. She described the stated bases for the later notice as audit matters, not findings adopted by the court.
For DepEd's third-quarter audit, Del Campo described missing payment-support documents, reward payments she said lacked documents evidencing success, and a response that remained under review and evaluation.
