Pursuant to the July 20, 2026 ruling of the Presiding Officer, the BIR, Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, BDO Unibank, Philippine Savings Bank, PS Bank, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, Security Bank, Land Bank of the Philippines, and the Bank of the Philippine Islands, through their representatives, submitted. The subpoena documents to the Office of the Clerk of Court on July 30, 2026. During their submission, however, BDO, Unibank, and Security Bank manifested their request for an additional period of 10 days 10 banking days, rather, until August 13 to submit documents which they were not able to submit on time. BDO requested for additional time to retrieve, compile, produce, and submit Item number three in the subpoena, namely all account transactions, records, ledgers, journals, etc., and transaction logs.
